These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the OnlyHumans app and website, owned and operated by NEPAYO INCORPORATED (Nepal). By accessing or using OnlyHumans, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use OnlyHumans. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Purpose of the Platform

OnlyHumans is built for authentic, human-created content only. No AI-generated or synthetic media of any kind is allowed.

User Conduct & Prohibited Content

You agree not to upload or share any of the following:

• AI-generated, synthetic, altered, or manipulated media
• Nudity, pornography, or sexual content
• Harassment, bullying, hate speech, or threats
• Violence, graphic content, or self-harm promotion
• Illegal content or content encouraging illegal behavior
• Deepfakes or misleading edited content
• Spam, bots, scams, or automated posting tools

We reserve the right to review, remove, or restrict content that violates these rules.

Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you create. By posting on OnlyHumans, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content within the platform to operate and improve the service. This license ends when you delete your content or close your account, except where copies have already been shared with others.

Moderation & Enforcement

OnlyHumans uses a warnings-first approach to rule violations:

• Warning
• Temporary restriction
• Suspension
• Permanent ban for repeated or severe violations

Severe violations (such as illegal content or threats) may result in immediate termination.

Privacy & Data Collection

OnlyHumans collects minimal information necessary to operate the service, including:

• Username and email
• Content you upload
• Basic device and usage information

Intellectual Property

All branding, trademarks, and design elements of OnlyHumans belong to NEPAYO INCORPORATED. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the app or its content except as permitted by these Terms.

Service Availability

Termination

We may suspend or delete your account if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful or illegal activities. You may delete your account at any time.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes will be resolved under Nepalese law unless otherwise required by local regulations.

We may update these Terms over time. If changes are significant, we will notify users within the app. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
